I had this set up quickly and didn’t really have to hunt around to figure things out. Everything was straightforward, and so far it’s been doing exactly what I need without any hassle. I did ask support one quick question and they basically said, “Yep, just do it this way and you’re good,” which was helpful and easy to follow...

I used the 2brightsparks docs plus a couple of their tutorials to get my backup job set up, and it mostly went fine. The steps were clear and there were enough screenshots, which helped because otherwise I would have probably been more confused than needed. A few pages did feel kind of old, and I had to read some parts again because my brain was not getting it the first time. But in the end, it worked and did what I needed. Would be 5 stars if the examples were a bit more up to date.

I had a little trouble getting the cloud backup set up at first, but support jumped in and helped me sort it out fast. After that, it just worked fine, which is really all I needed

I was having trouble getting my backup profile to run properly, so I reached out to 2 Bright Sparks support. i expected it to be one of those slow back-and-forth support experiences where you get a generic reply that doesn’t really help.

To my surprise, they got back to me quickly and it was clear they had actually read what I wrote. The instructions were straightforward, easy to follow, and ended up fixing the issue without me having to keep guessing at settings.

What stood out most was that it felt like I was dealing with a real person rather than a canned response. The whole experience was much better than I expected, and I’m really happy with the help I received.

I like that I can set my backups for whenever I want, and so far it’s been hassle-free. That said, I still find myself wishing there were a few more options, even though the setup is simple enough as it is.

For the money, it does what it’s supposed to do. The licensing was easy, which was a nice surprise since that’s apparently not always a given these days. Fair price, straightforward process, no major complaints.

I accidentally messed up a bunch of work files and had to restore an entire folder, so I was definitely a little stressed. Thankfully, the restore option was easy to find, and it put everything back right where I needed it.

I also liked that it showed me what was going to be restored before I confirmed anything. Super simple, worked on the first try, and saved me a huge headache

I’ve been using 2brightsparks to keep my work folders synced, and it’s been a smooth experience. It catches changes quickly, doesn’t drag down my laptop, and I can basically set it up and come back later without worrying about it. To be fair, that’s exactly what I’d expect from sync software, but it’s nice when it actually delivers without making things complicated. So far, everything has matched up the way it should, which is all I really needed.

I wasn’t expecting much at first, but it actually does way more than I thought. There’s the bunch of handy features, and I keep finding little things that make it more useful. Overall, it’s been a nice surprise.

Backups usually run without any issues for me. I did have one weird failure, but overall it’s been dependable.
